Pack with Care
Securely package your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, as home goods are often fragile.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
